Plan management comes under Improved Life Choices in the NDIS plan. If you don’t have it, just request it from your LAC or NDIA representative. It is providing accounting and budget management services for your NDIS plan so you can get the most out of it.

Transportation Assistant : This is to support you in Transport to/from appointments, day programs, work or other places that will help you pursue the goals in your plan.
Achieving life goals : Build professional relationships with clients to understand personal life goals, independent abilities, and opportunities to support and empower clients to achieve the things that matter most to them.
Personal care : Direct support in maintaining personal hygiene, toileting, showering, grooming, preparing for bed etc.

Insurer Approved Domestic Services
